Member of the cooperative
a member of the cooperative - a physical and (or) legal entity meeting the requirements of this Federal law and the charter of the cooperative, having paid a share contribution in the size and manner established by the charter of the cooperative, and admitted to the cooperative with voting rights; member of the cooperative - a physical person who personally participates in the activities of a production cooperative, or a physical or legal entity participating in the economic activities of a consumer cooperative, meeting the requirements of this Federal law and the cooperative's charter, having made a share contribution in the size and manner established by the cooperative's charter, admitted to the cooperative with voting rights, and bearing subsidiary liability for the cooperative's obligations; a member of the cooperative - a physical person for a production cooperative, or a physical or legal entity for a consumer cooperative, meeting the requirements of this Federal law and the cooperative's charter, having made a share contribution in the size and manner established by the cooperative's charter, admitted to the cooperative with voting rights, and bearing subsidiary liability for the cooperative's obligations;
