Amendment to the Constitution of the Russian Federation
2. For the purposes of this Federal law, an amendment to the Constitution of the Russian Federation means any change to the text of Chapters 3 - 8 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation: an exception, addition, or a new version of any provision contained in these chapters of the Constitution of the Russian Federation. A single law of the Russian Federation on an amendment to the Constitution of the Russian Federation covers interconnected changes to the constitutional text.
3. The law of the Russian Federation on an amendment to the Constitution of the Russian Federation is given a name reflecting the essence of this amendment.
