3.7. Field "Control Date".
The "Control Date" field, in accordance with the value of the "Control Code" field, establishes the date from which a restriction or termination of settlement operations by the participant in settlement operations becomes effective, or the date of an anticipated change in the values of its fields "BIC" and "Account Number", pending termination of its settlement operations or pending exclusion from the list of participants in the Banking and Payment Systems (BESP) system.
