13) electronic digital signature in the State Automated System "Elections" - a characteristic of an electronic document prepared using the State Automated System "Elections", intended for protecting this document from forgery, obtained as a result of cryptographic transformation of information using the private key of the electronic digital signature and allowing identification of the owner of the signature key certificate, as well as determining the absence of information distortion in the electronic document;
