The "UEP" (Participation in Electronic Payments) field reflects information on participation by calculation network departments of the Central Bank of Russia, credit organizations (branches), clients who are not credit organizations, and structural units of the Central Bank of Russia in conducting electronic payments.

3.4.1. For calculation network departments of the Central Bank of Russia and structural units of the Central Bank of Russia, the "UEP" field may take the following values:

"0" - not a participant in electronic payments;

"1" - participant only in interregional electronic settlements (participant of Interregional Electronic Settlements (IER));

"2" - participant only in intra-regional electronic settlements (participant of Intra-Regional Electronic Settlements (IER));

"3" - participant in interregional and intra-regional electronic settlements (participant of IER and IRR);

"4" - participant of IER and IRR, special participant in settlements of the Real-Time Gross Settlement System of the Central Bank of Russia, referred to as the banking system;
of electronic urgent payments of Russia (BESP system);

"5" - associated participant of BESP settlement system and VSR participant;

"7" - excluded from the list of main participants of MRS. This field is indicated only for main participants of MRS. In case GRKZ is excluded from the list of main participants of MRS, the procedure for conducting interregional electronic settlements by it shall be established
by the relevant regulatory acts of the Bank of Russia
