Contract for the Performance of Engineering Surveys
A contract for engineering surveys — contracts for the performance of engineering surveys concluded with a developer, technical client or person who has been granted, in accordance with the Land Code of the Russian Federation, permission to use land or a land plot owned by the state or municipality, for the purpose of conducting engineering surveys1.
