Auction step

Auction step — "auction step" is set within three percent of the initial price of the auction item¹.

Auction step — "auction step" is set within a range from one percent to five percent of the initial price of the auction item².

Auction step — the amount of reduction in the initial price of the auction item³.

Auction step — the auction step, which cannot exceed three percent of the initial price of the auction item⁴.

Auction step — comprising up to five million rubles⁵.

Auction step — is from 0.5 percent to five percent of the initial (maximum) price of the contract⁶.

Auction step — is up to 5 percent of the contract price specified in paragraph 1 of this section⁷.

Auction step — is the reduction of the current minimum price offer by an amount equal to 5 percent of the initial (maximum) contract price or the initial sum of the prices of goods, works, or services (in the case provided for in paragraph 24 of article 22 of this Federal law)⁸.

Auction step — is established at a rate of five percent of the initial (maximum) contract price specified in the invitation to participate in a closed auction. In the event that after three announcements of the last price offer for the contract, none of the participants of the closed auction have declared their intention to submit a lower price for the contract, the auctioneer is obliged to reduce the "auction step" by 0.5 percent of the initial (maximum) contract price, but not below 0.5 percent of the initial (maximum) contract price⁹.

Auction step — the size of the change in the price offer, according to which price offers are submitted relative to the current selling price of the property belonging to the Fund¹⁰.
