Operator of the electronic platform


The electronic platform operator — the electronic platform on which the auction is conducted1.

The electronic platform operator — a non-public business entity, in the charter capital of which foreign citizens, stateless persons, and foreign legal entities own no more than twenty-five percent of shares (stocks) of such an entity, and which owns the electronic platform, including the necessary hardware-software means for its operation, ensures its functioning, and meets the requirements established in accordance with paragraphs 1 and 2 of part 2 of article 24.1 of this Federal law, and is included in the list of electronic platform operators approved by the Government of the Russian Federation2.

The electronic platform operator — an operator that is included in the list of electronic platform operators approved by the Government of the Russian Federation in accordance with Federal Law No. 44-FZ dated April 5, 2013 (hereinafter also referred to as the electronic platform operator)3.
