The party entering into the contract - the party entering into the contract with an executive body of state authority or a local self-government body1.
The party entering into the contract - with the winner of the auction for the right to enter into a contract or with a person having the right to enter into a contract in accordance with paragraphs 26-29 of article 55-28 of this Code (hereinafter - the party entering into the contract)2.
