Economic Class Housing
Economic class housing — in which all residential units or a minimum volume of residential units determined in accordance with paragraph 6 of this article meet the conditions for classification as standard housing established by the federal executive authority... and are subject to transfer or sale under concluded within the timeframes... participation agreements in the construction of such a building.1.
