Starting price of the auction item
The starting price of the auction item is determined as the price per square meter of the total area of residential premises in multi-apartment buildings, block-type residential buildings, and objects of individual housing construction that meet the conditions for classification as standard housing and according to the land development agreement for the purpose of constructing standard housing or the comprehensive land development agreement for the purpose of constructing standard housing, the right to conclude which is the subject of the auction, shall be sold or transferred under standard housing purchase agreements or participation agreements in the construction of standard housing to citizens who have the right to acquire standard housing and (or) under state and (or) municipal contracts1.
