Technical Conditions for Connecting Capital Construction Objects to Engineering and Technical Infrastructure Networks
The technical conditions for connecting capital construction objects to engineering and technical infrastructure networks are determined in accordance with the connection (technical attachment) rules to engineering and technical infrastructure networks of the corresponding type, approved by the Government of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as the connection (technical attachment) rules), and serve as mandatory appendices to agreements on connecting (technically attaching) capital construction objects to engineering and technical infrastructure networks of the corresponding type1.
