Public discussions or public hearings — regarding draft general plans for settlements, general plans for municipal districts, and projects providing for amendments to the general plans of settlements and general plans of municipal districts (hereinafter in this article referred to as public discussions or public hearings) are held in each populated place within the municipal formation¹.
