Provisions on the sequence of planned territorial development - containing stages of design, construction, and reconstruction of capital construction objects of residential, industrial, public and other purposes, as well as stages of construction and reconstruction of necessary infrastructure objects for the operation of such objects and ensuring citizens' livelihoods, including communal, transport, and social infrastructure objects, in particular those included in the comprehensive development programs for communal infrastructure, comprehensive development programs for transport infrastructure, and comprehensive development programs for social infrastructure¹.
