Mission Plan


The mission plan is a document in the format established by the Open Skies Advisory Commission, submitted by the observing Party, specifying the route, profile, order of execution, and support required for conducting an observation flight, which must be coordinated with the observed Party and will serve as the basis for developing the flight plan1.
