Exchange - is a trading organizer holding an exchange license1.
Exchange - is a list of joint-stock companies, whose shares are traded on an organized securities market and classified as shares of high-tech (innovative) sector of the economy, formed in accordance with the procedures established by the Government of the Russian Federation (lost effect from 2019-07-26)2.
