Operator of the information system in the healthcare sector

An operator of an information system in the healthcare sector is an authorized federal executive body, other federal executive bodies in the field of health protection and their territorial bodies, executive bodies of a subject of the Russian Federation authorized by the highest executive body of the subject of the Russian Federation to create, develop and operate the state information system in the healthcare sector of the subject of the Russian Federation (hereinafter - authorized executive bodies of the subject of the Russian Federation), organizations designated by these bodies, management bodies of the Federal Fund for Compulsory Medical Insurance and territorial funds for compulsory medical insurance insofar as it relates to individual accounting within the compulsory medical insurance system, healthcare organizations and pharmaceutical organizations¹.

Healthcare information system operator - an authorized federal executive body, other federal executive bodies in the field of health protection and their territorial bodies, executive bodies of a Russian Federation subject, authorized by the highest executive body of state power of the Russian Federation subject to create, develop and operate the state healthcare information system of the Russian Federation subject (hereinafter - authorized executive bodies of the Russian Federation subject), organizations appointed by these bodies, management bodies of the Federal Fund for Compulsory Medical Insurance and territorial funds for compulsory medical insurance insofar as it relates to individual accounting within the compulsory medical insurance system, medical organizations and pharmaceutical organizations².
