Authorized head — deputy head of a federal executive body in the field of internal affairs, head (chief) of a structural unit of a federal executive body in the field of internal affairs, head (chief) of a territorial office of a federal executive body in the field of internal affairs, head (chief) of a structural unit of a territorial office of a federal executive body in the field of internal affairs, head (chief) of a unit, which is vested with the powers of an employer on behalf of the Russian Federation by the head of a federal executive body in the field of internal affairs¹.

Authorized manager — a manager (head) entrusted by the head of the federal executive authority in the field of fire safety with the powers of an employer on behalf of the Russian Federation (ceased to be in force as of 2018-08-03)².
