Official Dispute
An official dispute refers to unresolved disagreements concerning the application of federal laws and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation in the field of internal affairs and contracts, between the head of a federal executive body in the field of internal affairs or an authorized head and an employee of the internal affairs bodies or a citizen applying for service in the internal affairs bodies or who previously served in such bodies, as well as between the immediate superior (chief) or direct superior (chief) and an employee1.
