Lottery


1) lottery - a game conducted in accordance with a contract, where one party (the lottery organizer) conducts the draw of the lottery prize fund, while the other party (the lottery participant) obtains the right to win if she is recognized as the winner in accordance with the terms of the lottery. The contract between the lottery organizer and the lottery participant is concluded on a voluntary basis and is formalized by issuing a lottery ticket, receipt, another document, or in any other manner provided for by the conditions of the lottery;
