Highest-ranking official of a subject of the Russian Federation


The highest official of a subject of the Russian Federation — (head of the highest executive body of state authority of a subject of the Russian Federation)1.

The highest official of a subject of the Russian Federation — in accordance with the procedures established by the Government of the Russian Federation, for informational purposes ensures the formation and maintenance of the list of subscribers within the subject of the Russian Federation, in relation to whom organizations providing hot water supply and guaranteeing organizations have an obligation to provide assurance of performance of obligations relating to payment of hot, drinking and (or) technical water supplied under water supply contracts, unified cold water supply and sewage contracts, and (or) an obligation to provide assurance of performance of obligations relating to payment of sewage2.

The highest official of a subject of the Russian Federation is the head of the highest executive body of state authority of the subject of the Russian Federation3.
