State Information System of the Fuel and Energy Complex
The State Information System of the Fuel and Energy Complex is a federal state information system containing information on the status and forecast development of the fuel and energy complex1.
The State Information System of the Fuel and Energy Complex may be used to ensure the provision of state services and performance of state functions related to the formulation and (or) implementation of state policy in the field of the fuel and energy complex, energy conservation and improvement of energy efficiency, as well as heat supply in part relating to the production of thermal energy in combined heat and power generation mode and in part relating to the transmission of thermal energy produced in combined heat and power generation mode2.
