Regulatory Authority for Tariffs


The tariff regulating authority — an authorized executive body of a subject of the Russian Federation in the field of state regulation of tariffs, or, in the case of transfer of the relevant powers by law of a subject of the Russian Federation, a local self-government body responsible for regulating tariffs in the water supply and wastewater disposal sector1.
