Federal State Supervision (Control)

Federal state control (supervision) — federal state control (supervision) in the field of regulation of tariffs in the water supply and sewage sector, carried out by the federal executive authority authorized by the Government of the Russian Federation, in accordance with the provisions approved by the Government of the Russian Federation¹.

Federal state control (supervision) - the subject of federal state control (supervision) in the areas of natural monopolies is the compliance by subjects of natural monopolies with mandatory requirements established by this Federal Law, other federal laws and other normative legal acts of the Russian Federation in the field of regulation of natural monopolies, requirements for setting and (or) application of prices (tariffs) regulated at the level of federal executive authorities, including in part determining the reliability, economic justification of expenses and other indicators taken into account when state regulation of prices (tariffs) is carried out, the economic justification of actual expenditure of funds during the performance of regulated types of activities, use of investment resources taken into account when state regulation of prices (tariffs) is carried out, separate accounting of revenues and expenditures when performing regulated types of activities, correct application of state-regulated prices (tariffs) in areas natural monopolies, as well as to the observance of information disclosure standards by subjects of natural monopolies².

Federal state control (supervision) — over the accounting, compilation, storage, use and ensuring the preservation of documents and book monuments belonging to the national library fund, including the mandatory federal copy³.
