Information disclosure by the operator - ensuring the availability of information to all persons interested in it regardless of the purpose of obtaining the information in accordance with a procedure guaranteeing its accessibility and receipt, through placing the information in free access in the information and telecommunications network "Internet" on the official website of the operator specified in the rules of the information system1.
