Technological platform
Technological platform — includes information technologies, databases, technical, software, hardware-software and other means provided on the technological platform, including through information and telecommunications networks (hereinafter referred to as components of the technological platform), and used by participants of the technological platform for creating, developing and operating state, municipal and other information systems on the technological platform (hereinafter referred to as information systems on the technological platform) and/or other technological support of the activities of participants of the technological platform1.
