Insurance Rates for Compulsory Social Insurance against Work Accidents and Occupational Diseases


Insurance rates for mandatory social insurance against work-related accidents and occupational diseases are determined as a percentage of the amounts of payments and other remuneration accrued in favor of insured persons within the framework of labor relations and civil law contracts, and included in the base for calculating insurance contributions to mandatory social insurance against work-related accidents and occupational diseases in accordance with Federal Law No. 125-FZ dated July 24, 1998 "On Mandatory Social Insurance Against Work-Related Accidents and Occupational Diseases"1.
