Foreign mass media


A foreign mass media outlet — a registered foreign state-based entity that distributes its products within the territory of the Russian Federation, including in the information and telecommunications network "Internet," through a licensing agreement or via a Russian legal entity (hereinafter in this article referred to as a foreign mass media outlet)1.
