Authorized Bank
Authorized bank — a bank selected by the lead performer or designated in accordance with this Federal Law by the Government of the Russian Federation and established in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation (ceased to be in force as of 2019-10-01)1.
Authorized bank — a bank specified in this Federal Law as the reference bank for the defense industry complex or designated by the Government of the Russian Federation in accordance with this Federal Law2.
Authorized bank — to information on the state contract, the banking support of which it provides3.
The authorized bank is a bank established in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and included by the Bank of Russia in the list of banks meeting the criteria set by the Government of the Russian Federation. The Bank of Russia publishes this list of banks on its official website in the information and telecommunication network "Internet" monthly4.
