Defendant in the case
The respondent in the case is a person against whom an application has been filed, to whom materials have been directed, or whose actions (inaction) have been found by the supervisory authority to contain signs of violations of legislation in the field of state defense procurement. These persons are considered respondents in the case on violation of legislation in the field of state defense procurement from the moment the case is initiated1.
