Control by the Russian Federation or the Central Bank of the Russian Federation


Control by the Russian Federation or the Central Bank of the Russian Federation - the ability of the Russian Federation or the Central Bank of the Russian Federation to directly or indirectly (through a legal entity or through several legal entities) determine decisions made by the bank through the disposition of more than fifty percent of the total number of votes attributable to voting shares (shares), making up the charter capital of the bank, appointing (electing) a sole executive body and (or) more than fifty percent of the composition of the board of supervisors (board of directors) of the bank1.
