The legal status of an educational worker refers to the set of rights and freedoms (including academic rights and freedoms), labor rights, social guarantees and compensations, limitations, obligations, and liability established by the legislation of the Russian Federation and the legislation of the subjects of the Russian Federation, as well as additional measures of state support and social guarantees established by federal laws and other normative legal acts of the Russian Federation, laws and other normative legal acts of the subjects of the Russian Federation, normative legal acts of the public authorities of the federal territory "Sirius," and municipal legal acts1.
