The federal executive body in which the employees serve - a federal executive body performing functions relating to control and supervision in the field of enforcement of criminal penalties against convicts, functions relating to ensuring the established order of court operations, enforcement of judicial decisions, decisions of other bodies and officials, law enforcement functions and functions relating to control and supervision in the specified area of activities, in the field of fire safety or in the field of customs affairs (hereinafter - a federal executive body in which employees serve)1.
