Municipal Contract
Municipal contract — a civil law agreement concluded in written form, the subject of which is the supply of goods, performance of work, provision of services (including the acquisition of real estate or lease of property), and which is concluded on behalf of the Russian Federation, a subject of the Russian Federation (state contract), a municipal formation (municipal contract) by a state or municipal customer in order to meet respectively state needs, municipal needs1.
