Contract with Reciprocal Investment Obligations


A contract with reciprocal investment obligations is a contract for the supply of goods or provision of services, concluded in accordance with Article 111.4 of this Federal law and providing for reciprocal investment obligations of the supplier (performer) to create, modernize, develop production of such goods and (or) to create, reconstruct property (real estate or real estate and movable property technologically interconnected), intended for the provision of such service1.
