Procurement Regulation


Purchasing regulation — establishing requirements for goods, works, and services procured by the buyer (including the maximum price of goods, works, and services) and/or standard costs for ensuring the functions of state bodies, bodies managing state extrabudgetary funds, municipal bodies (including, respectively, territorial bodies and subordinate budgetary institutions, except for budgetary institutions for which a state (municipal) task is established in accordance with the procedure for providing state (municipal) services, performing works)1.
