Cost method

The cost-based method involves determining the initial (maximum) contract price, the price of a contract concluded with a single supplier (contractor, performer), as the sum of incurred costs and profit typical for a specific field of activity. In this case, direct and indirect costs usual in similar situations for the production or acquisition and (or) performance of goods, works, services, transportation, storage, insurance, and other costs are taken into account1.
