Planned period

The planned period — the period during which the customer is entitled to enter into a contract for the supply of goods determined in accordance with the corresponding special investment contract, taking into account the planned term for fulfilling the requirements of paragraph 4 of part 1 of this article ¹ under paragraph 47 of part 1 of article 93 of this Federal law.

The planned period — the period during which the customer is entitled to enter into a contract in accordance with paragraph 48 of part 1 of article 93 of this Federal law. This period begins on the date of expiry of the term provided for in paragraph 4 of part 1 of this article and ends on the date of expiry of the term of the state contract referred to in part 1 of this article ².
