Declaration of the Participant's Compliance with the Procurement Requirements
A declaration of compliance by the participant in procurement with requirements - a declaration of compliance by the participant in procurement with the requirements established by paragraphs 3 - 5, 7 - 11 of part 1 of article 31 of this Federal law (if the information and documents confirming the compliance of the participant in procurement with the requirements established by paragraph 1 of part 1 of article 31 of this Federal law are contained in open and publicly accessible state registers placed in the information and telecommunications network "Internet", this declaration may also include a statement on the compliance of the participant in procurement with the requirements established by paragraph 1 of part 1 of article 31 of this Federal law, specifying the address of the website or page on the information and telecommunications network "Internet" where such information and documents are placed)1.
