Open competition in electronic form


An open electronic tender is a tender in which the information about the procurement is communicated by the procuring entity to an unlimited circle of persons through publication in the unified information system of notices on conducting an open electronic tender and tender documentation, and uniform requirements are imposed on participants of the procurement (ceased to be in force as of 2021-12-30)1.

An open electronic tender is deemed unsuccessful (ceased to be in force as of 2021-12-30)2.
