A natural person who is personally interested in the outcome of the determination of the supplier
A natural person directly interested in the outcome of the supplier determination — natural persons directly interested in the results of the determination of suppliers (contractors, performers), including natural persons who have submitted applications to participate in such a determination or who are employed by organizations that have submitted these applications, or natural persons who can be influenced by participants in procurement (including natural persons who are participants (shareholders) of these organizations, members of their management bodies, creditors of the aforementioned procurement participants), or natural persons married to the head of a procurement participant, or who are close relatives (relatives in the direct line of descent and ascent (parents and children, grandparents and grandchildren), full-blooded and half-blooded (having the same father or mother) brothers and sisters), adopters of the head or adopted by the head of a procurement participant (ceased to be effective as of 2019-01-01)1.
