Deferable condition


Deferral condition — providing for the conclusion of a bank guarantee agreement in respect of the principal's obligations arising from the contract at the time of its conclusion, in the event that the bank guarantee is provided as security for performance of the contract (ceased to be effective as of 2019-01-01)1.
