Two-stage competition in electronic form
A two-stage electronic tender — a tender in which the information about the procurement is communicated by the procuring entity to an unlimited circle of persons by placing in the unified information system a notice on conducting such a tender and the tender documentation, uniform requirements are imposed on participants of the procurement or uniform requirements and additional requirements, and the winner of such a tender is considered to be the participant of the procurement who participated in conducting both stages of such a tender (including meeting the additional requirements) and offered the best conditions for contract performance as a result of the second stage of such a tender (ceased to be effective from 2021-12-30)1.
