Auction Results Summary Protocol
Auction results summary protocol — the aforementioned protocol must contain the following information: a) a decision on compliance of participants in such an auction and their applications to participate in it with the requirements of this Federal law and the auction documentation, or a decision on non-compliance of participants in such an auction and their applications with the requirements of this Federal law and (or) the auction documentation, with justification for the aforementioned decision, including specifying provisions of the auction documentation that are not met by these applications, and the content of these applications which does not meet the requirements of the auction documentation1.
