Request for Quotations in Electronic Form


An electronic request for quotations is a method of determining a supplier (contractor, performer), under which information about the procurement is communicated to an unlimited number of persons by publishing in a unified information system a notice regarding the conduct of an electronic request for quotations. The winner of such a request is considered to be the participant of the procurement who has submitted the lowest contract price, the smallest sum of unit prices of goods, works, services and meets the requirements established in the notice on the conduct of an electronic request for quotations (ceased to be in force as of 2021-12-30)1.
