The price per unit of goods when the quantity of goods to be supplied under the contract is reduced


The price per unit of goods when the quantity of goods to be supplied as stipulated by the contract is reduced — should be determined as the quotient obtained by dividing the original contract price by the quantity of such goods provided for in the contract1.
