Closed Methods of Determining Suppliers

Closed methods of determining suppliers are understood as a closed tender, a closed tender with limited participation, a closed two-stage tender, and a closed auction, during which, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 85 and 86 of this Federal Law, information about procurement is communicated by the customer through sending invitations to participate in the closed methods of determining suppliers (contractors, performers), procurement documentation being provided to a limited circle of persons who meet the requirements set forth in this Federal Law and are capable of supplying goods, performing works, or providing services that are objects of procurement, in cases provided for in paragraph 2 of this article¹.

Closed methods of determining suppliers are understood as closed electronic procedures, during which in accordance with the provisions of Articles 85 and 86 of this Federal Law, information on procurement is communicated by the customer through sending invitations to participate in closed methods of determining suppliers (contractors, performers), documentation on procurement being provided to a limited circle of persons who meet the requirements set forth in this Federal Law and are capable of carrying out the supply of goods, performance of works, provision of services that are objects of procurement in accordance with paragraph 3 of this article (ceased to be in force as of December 30, 2021)².
