Date of Proper Notice


The date of proper notification is deemed to be the date on which the customer receives confirmation of delivery of the aforementioned notice to the supplier (contractor, performer) or the date on which the customer receives information about the absence of the supplier (contractor, performer) at the address specified in the contract. In the event that it is not possible to obtain such confirmation or information, the date of proper notification shall be deemed to be the date thirty days after the date of publication of the customer's decision to unilaterally terminate the performance of the contract in the unified information system (ceased to be in force as of 2019-01-01)1.
