Grossly false actuarial conclusion


Fabricated actuarial conclusion - an actuarial conclusion prepared without the actual conduct of analysis and quantitative, financial assessment of risks and (or) obligations arising from the presence of risks, or prepared based on such analysis and evaluation but clearly contradicting the content of documents and information provided by the client and (or) organization whose activities are subject to actuarial evaluation, and recognized as such in accordance with the procedure established by paragraph 8.1 of this article1.
