Target expense article

The target expenditure article is "expenditures for ensuring the activities (provision of services) of state institutions within the framework of performing functions by the apparatuses of the non-budgetary funds of the Russian Federation, in the context of non-programmatic areas of activity of the management bodies of the non-budgetary funds of the Russian Federation" under the sub-section "Other State Issues" of the section "State Issues" of the budget expenditure classification, for the provision of medical services to employees of the Fund and its territorial offices¹.

The target expenditure article is "implementation of the expenditure direction within the framework of social payments in the context of non-programmatic areas of activity of the management bodies of the non-budgetary funds of the Russian Federation"².
